Billing cycles last for 31 days. For example, if you use the service for 21 days and then decide to pause, your billing cycle stops, leaving you with 10 days of service to use whenever you need in the future.

Palette Panda provides great flexibility in how you submit design requests using Trello. Clients often use Trello directly, share Google Docs or wireframes, or even create a brief Loom video if they prefer to speak rather than write their briefs. In essence, anything you can link to or share in Trello can be used for your design requests.
